Back for a pupdate. Mr Marvel is doing well and is looking rather lanky now as he enters his teen phase now that he is 4 months old! He's a troublesome one that's for sure, he still likes to nip at my hands, feet and clothing- me more than anyone else, not sure why, maybe I taste better!

Anyway I have a little story that will make you laugh- I think. About two weeks ago I was up nice and early as I had a busy day ahead of me. My mum was already up as well and my Dad was busy on a phone conference in the other room. My mum came down the stairs clutching the laundry basket ready to put a load into the washing machine. So far everything was normal.

Marvel, being the playful pup he is managed to pick up a pair of knickers that mum had accidentally dropped as she was loading up the machine. He ran around the kitchen with it, as dogs do ( they only want things that they know they can't have and I think they like being caught as it becomes a game). So we tried to catch him- all seemed like harmless fun.

 When mum had finished loading the washing into the washing machine, she needed the pants back to put them in too. We knew we'd be asking too much for him to just drop the them, so we turned our backs to get a treat for him so we could exchange it. Marvel obviously knew the sound of his treat tin, as most dogs would. We turned round to give him the treat and Mum said 'Oh where's have the knickers gone?!' He must have dropped them somewhere we thought, perhaps he'd put them back in the washing machine, although the chances of that were next to nothing. We suddenly started to panic as we looked around and there was no sign of the knickers. Had he? Surely not? Had Marvel swallowed a pair of pants, whole?!

We were a bit worried as a pair of pants obviously aren't part of a balanced diet. We decided to take him to the vets. They discussed that the best way to retrieve the them would be to induce vomiting so that the pants would reappear and not damage his insides. We agreed to this.

After the vet had given him the injection she came out to tell us that he had been vomiting. What she told us next was the worse part/funny part. Not only had Marvel thrown up the pants and half his food, he'd also thrown up a sock. When on earth did he eat that?!

It's clear to say that Marvel the pup is one tricky little guy who has a thirst for trouble. We love him very much and he brings us both joy and fear sometimes when he swallows things he shouldn't! What a crazy little guy!

If you've watched the show then you'll already know that Room 101 is where the contestants 'send' their pet hates. So, I thought about it for a while and here are my 3 things that I'd put into Room 101.

1.) People who use social media far too 'openly' and tend to share their entire life with everyone on their timeline. These types of people often like to tag people they are bad mouthing, or print screen bitchy texts and publish them on everyone's timeline, for all eyes to see. Why? What is the point. To be honest it gets to the stage where you feel you know too much about a person you barely know, and in some ways it acts as your own soap opera.

2.) 'Faffy' clothes. When I was younger I'd do anything to look good, and I think I actually recall saying 'Fashion is pain' (seriously?). However now I often find myself going through all my pretty, frilly, floaty outfits and then getting stressed and putting my leggings back on that I was wearing yesterday. In my eyes being comfy wins. And you can still be comfy and look nice, so to those people who really wish they could look like celebs all the time- I'd rather be in a big hoodie and leggings sipping a hot chocolate than wearing silly clothes.

3.) Flat stomachs. Now there is a difference between having a flat tummy and being slim. I'd like to think I'm fairly slim, but I do not have a flat belly. I honestly don't understand the 'flat tum'. Surely if you eat then your stomach will expand, leaving you with a little bloat and stretch. So all these girls I see taking photos wearing crop tops and showing off their flat bellies- 'Do you not eat? Have a McDonalds!'. I know most people wish they had a flat belly, myself including, but sometimes we really DO have to except that we are all made differently and that some people apparently can have stomachs as flat as an ironing board and others will always have more curves. I think curvy is much better anyhow, but I would put 'Flat Bellies' into Room 101 because it makes me want to scream ' GO AND EAT SOME CREAM CAKES FOR GOODNESS SAKE!'.

Step 2: Talk to people who clearly aren't interested in anything you say, about a really boring or overly complicated topic and forget the story half way through and start again-they'll love it! Perhaps even go off on a tangent because lets face it... who doesn't love a twist?!

Step 3: Laugh over dramatically. It's always REALLY cool looking when someone tells a joke that is of regular level of funniness, and you laugh so loudly and dramatically that you spray drink in their faces. Super Duper.

Step 4: Stand in a corner. 

Step 5: Go bright red whenever someone addresses you. Because to be honest your face can never be too pink! And everyone loves pink!

Step 6: Make inappropriate come backs or 'kill' the vibe, by taking the banter too far, which ends the fun. They were having way too much fun anyway!

Step 7: Breathe heavily-because you always forget how to breathe when ever someone else is around.

Step 8: Walk up to people and accidentally stand too close, and shuffle away awkwardly, noticing the mistake. Turn it into a funky dance!

Step 9: Bring people's moods right down, with a sob story about your past. Smiling and fun is for losers anyway.

Step 10: Be overly polite to people. Use your 'please' and 'thank you' after everything you say! Even if someone is rude.... 'thank you'.



Okay so to all those reading I hope you realise I am of course joking. These things are all things I myself tend to do, and I am a very socially awkward person, I'm not sure why! So I thought it'd be funny to list all these key qualities of being social awkward. So to anyone who aspires to be socially awkward.... I hope these help.

P.S I used the words 'socially awkward' too much in that last bit.... how socially awkward of me....

I don't know what it is, but a large amount of the little stressful things is sometimes enough to make you scream out loud. Today I am feeling very stressed! Tis a stressful moment! (slightly dramatic). And what I've realised is it seems to be the tiny details in things that piss us off the most ( excuse my language.... naughty! ). Right now I feel as though if there was a movie made about me, then this would be the part where there is a montage of me screwing up crumbled pieces of paper and throwing them into a bin, whilst some tense music plays. And to be honest there isn't even much to be stressed about at the moment. But it's the little things that have gotten to me! I thought I could make this a bit more amusing by listing the silly little things that irritate me the most, and perhaps you beauties could comment on what annoys you the most!!

'This is my Boyf'

One thing that really irritates me is the different names people nowadays term their boyfriends/girlfriends. Such as 'boyf' 'hubby' 'the missess' 'bf' etc. Now I'm sure even the most innocent people are guilty of using these at least once in their life, but grr do they annoy me. Why is it so many boys refer to their girlfriends as 'the misses'? Are you married to her? No, then she is your girlfriend not your 'missess'! Why does this annoy me? I don't know, it just does and even as I'm writing this I'm questioning why it annoys me.

Overly attached to Facebook
Okay, so I'm probably not alone is thinking that nowadays people are becoming way too involved and obsessed with Facebook. It seems as though people take part in things primarily for the purpose of later being able to upload it to Facebook or show off about it. What I also don't understand is people who seem to be in relationships with different people every week. Have they ever met these people? Where are they finding them? The reality of it is, that these people have probably never met, but feel good about themselves to be able to say they've had loads of relationships. Well you haven't really have you?

Bending down
Now this is a bit picky. But bending down is so annoying wouldn't you agree? It just involves to much bending of the knees. It makes me very hot and the blood rushes to my head. I try if I can to pick things up with my feet, in order to avoid the bending down scenario.

Pointless TV Shows
Now sometimes I can lie of the sofa for hours watching TV shows which are on really strange channels and take several pages of scrolling on the channel menu to find. But there are some shows out there that really irritate me and I don't know why. The kind you see and think 'eughh no one cares!!' . I feel as though the media is churning out whatever they can. And there's no need. I don't want to watch Bargain Hunt Omnibus thank you very much!

Overly Dramatic People
People who are convinced that everyone is interested in their business. No we aren't. You know, those people who put their whole life over social media and make out like we've all been waiting to hear about what they've been up to. I don't even know you. I don't remember even accepting your friend request, so no I'm not overly interested in how many boyfriends you've had etc. This isn't just happening on social media however. Some people when you speak to them, only talk about themselves and as soon as the topic turns to you, they aren't interested. So many self centred people about.


Bad Grammar
I'm sure I speak for many when I say I can't stand bad grammar. We all are guilty of accidentally spelling the odd word wrong every now and again. In fact I may read this post back and find mistakes. And that's okay- no one is perfect. But it's people who constantly spell things wrong or don't use the right punctuation ( which totally changes the sentence by the way!) really irritates me. I can't count the amount of times people have used the wrong 'Their' or 'Your' . Buy a dictionary!! And to be honest you'll all probably read this and judge me for any mistakes I've made. And do you know what... you should. I probably haven't proof read well enough if there are mistakes. But people who just don't even bother to spell correctly or constantly use shortened versions or words like ' ur'. Eugh annoying.

Okay so that is a few out of the many things that irritate me. What irritates you? Please leave comments as I'd love to hear from you all!

1. Do Aliens live among us. We know they have got to be out there somewhere, with all those different planets in all those different galaxies and universes. Whose to say the strange man you saw on the bus isn't an Alien? Or the lady that looked at you weird in the street- Alien? And although this doesn't seem very likely, just think, 'what if?' What if these people take off their faces at night and resemble some sort of extraterrestrial.You might start looking at people differently now! Maybe you're an Alien, yes you reading this. Perhaps I am an Alien. I'm not. But what if I am. You can start to see how the mind starts to boggle over random things. But it strikes the question: what would an Alien look like? We see plenty of films and comic books with different interpretations of extraterrestrial beings, but perhaps they look completely different to how we imagine. Maybe they literally look like us. Maybe they are fluffy and pink like a giant candyfloss. (Now I want candyfloss). What do you guys think?
2. I will never be a pirate. I don't mean the kind that are still around today and are dangerous, I mean the Jack Sparrow kind. He makes it look rather appealing, and after going on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride about twelve times in a row, all I could think about after was that I wanted to be a pirate. It actually gets me rather down thinking how I will never be one, or have those adventures. I think about being a pirate way too much. There is a part of me who wants to dress in a puffy white shirt and wear boots with buckles and sail the seas, and get a bit dirty and not have to care. I could have braids in my hair and wear a bandana. Okay so I am stereotypically describing a Pirate. But you have to admit it would be rather cool. What do you guys want to be?
3. Disney doesn't happen. This one saddens me the most. Unfortunately the stories that happen in Disney films do not happen. Sure you might fall in love and it'll be beautiful. But hey, where's my castle? I think in this day and age, people are forgetting about romance and true love and all the sweet innocent things that used to come with love, like courting. While studying fairy tales at University you come to discover the origins of where Disney got their stories and to be honest they are no where near as glamorous.  But wouldn't it be lovely if life was as innocent as a Disney film.
