Okay so this is a long shot, but I recently stayed up watching Jenna Marbles videos because they are hilarious and if you haven't watched her videos, you definitely should! Anyway, I came across a rather recent video called 'True Life: I'm Addicted To Leggings' and it made me laugh so much because it related to me so much.
It's totally true, I own so many leggings and literally wear them everyday. They go with everything!!! I feel it is a bit of an obsession. The amount of days I've put jeans on, and then quickly changed back into leggings. It's a sickness-a legging sickness! But they seriously are the most comfortable items of clothing I've ever worn, it feels as though it's just a warm layer of skin, that fits perfectly around my legs, giving them clothing hugs. I even wear them until they have holes in them and I refuse to throw them away. I know my week will be fine and comfortable as long as I have a few clean pairs of leggings in my draw.
The only problem is, I find it hard to wear any other form of trousers now. Jeans just aren't comfortable. So I guess I'll just put another pair of leggings on. Guess what I'm wearing today? Leggings of course, I put them on instinctively now, and I don't even question it.
I live my life in leggings .

So here is this weeks vlogging update. Sorry it's not a majorly exciting video, I've been rather busy this week, but didn't want to disappoint you, so here is a little update, because I love you! X
Enjoy!!
I was recently blown away by a viral video, that many before me had described as leaving them speechless. I hadn't seen it at that point, and at 12:35pm on a Monday afternoon I sat down at my desk with a cup of tea and some strawberry yogurt, logged onto Facebook and found this video.
And it dawned on my just how true this is. We are obsessed by social media and these virtual worlds we've created. I actually wrote an article about this not so long ago, and explained how people are becoming like robots, programmed to scroll through countless pages of crap.
We are all guilty. Of course we are. Without technology none of us would be here, reading this blog, or myself writing this blog. And that's why its hard, I am writing this post about technology and social media destroying lives, and yet I am having to use them in order to get this message across.
I love paper and I love pen, and there is something magical about a new book, with pages, actual pages that you can feel and touch. And that one book you always favour because the pages smell sweet. I love doodling, and scribbling and taking note of things I need to remember or do, and then having to find a new pen because your old one got use through. But now all we see is the paper has now turned to screens and the pens are nothing but our fingers- scrolling, searching. Searching for what? What could we possibly find online that we couldn't in the natural world. Answers you may think, but what good is an answer if you can't experience it?
I wish we could just write and tell the world, like history before us. People would tell stories and pass them on, they would sing their stories or tell them poetically and beautifully. Now if you want to be heard it seems as though the only thing that will get you heard is the Internet. It's because everyone IS obsessed and we know that the only way we will get anyone's attention is here...because that's where you will find everyone. Not outside at the park, or running by the sea, or buying ice creams with their families and then sitting in pub gardens sipping an ice cold coke. No we are, you are, all here.
We feel as though we have to tell the world what we do, how we feel and when we do things. But what actual good is it? Does anyone care, or are we just trying to justify our own life and justify it to ourselves that we HAVE a life.
This video has such a strong message. One that I 100% agree with. I am a blogger and so I use the Internet. But it's so sad to think that if I were to blog on paper.... no one would read it!
Think about your actions. Years later you will regret instagraming the whole of your holiday, because whilst you were glued to your phone, you actually missed the holiday.
Look up from your screen and talk to one another, see things with your eyes and feel them with your hands. Sculpt your world from the world around you and enjoy it. Don't become a robot.
I challenge you to go a week without using social media. No statuses, no tweets, no scrolling, no snapping. Nothing. Put your phone away, laptop away and go and see the world and experience it. You won't regret it! If the memory is good enough, you won't need to pull your phone out to take a photo, because you'll remember it always in your head.

Is it just me, or do the little things irritate you the most? No, not just me? Good. Glad we've cleared that up!!
I don't know what it is, but a large amount of the little stressful things is sometimes enough to make you scream out loud. Today I am feeling very stressed! Tis a stressful moment! (slightly dramatic). And what I've realised is it seems to be the tiny details in things that piss us off the most ( excuse my language.... naughty! ). Right now I feel as though if there was a movie made about me, then this would be the part where there is a montage of me screwing up crumbled pieces of paper and throwing them into a bin, whilst some tense music plays. And to be honest there isn't even much to be stressed about at the moment. But it's the little things that have gotten to me! I thought I could make this a bit more amusing by listing the silly little things that irritate me the most, and perhaps you beauties could comment on what annoys you the most!!
'This is my Boyf'
One thing that really irritates me is the different names people nowadays term their boyfriends/girlfriends. Such as 'boyf' 'hubby' 'the missess' 'bf' etc. Now I'm sure even the most innocent people are guilty of using these at least once in their life, but grr do they annoy me. Why is it so many boys refer to their girlfriends as 'the misses'? Are you married to her? No, then she is your girlfriend not your 'missess'! Why does this annoy me? I don't know, it just does and even as I'm writing this I'm questioning why it annoys me.
Overly attached to Facebook
Okay, so I'm probably not alone is thinking that nowadays people are becoming way too involved and obsessed with Facebook. It seems as though people take part in things primarily for the purpose of later being able to upload it to Facebook or show off about it. What I also don't understand is people who seem to be in relationships with different people every week. Have they ever met these people? Where are they finding them? The reality of it is, that these people have probably never met, but feel good about themselves to be able to say they've had loads of relationships. Well you haven't really have you?
Bending down
Now this is a bit picky. But bending down is so annoying wouldn't you agree? It just involves to much bending of the knees. It makes me very hot and the blood rushes to my head. I try if I can to pick things up with my feet, in order to avoid the bending down scenario.
Pointless TV Shows
Now sometimes I can lie of the sofa for hours watching TV shows which are on really strange channels and take several pages of scrolling on the channel menu to find. But there are some shows out there that really irritate me and I don't know why. The kind you see and think 'eughh no one cares!!' . I feel as though the media is churning out whatever they can. And there's no need. I don't want to watch Bargain Hunt Omnibus thank you very much!
Overly Dramatic People
People who are convinced that everyone is interested in their business. No we aren't. You know, those people who put their whole life over social media and make out like we've all been waiting to hear about what they've been up to. I don't even know you. I don't remember even accepting your friend request, so no I'm not overly interested in how many boyfriends you've had etc. This isn't just happening on social media however. Some people when you speak to them, only talk about themselves and as soon as the topic turns to you, they aren't interested. So many self centred people about.
Bad Grammar
I'm sure I speak for many when I say I can't stand bad grammar. We all are guilty of accidentally spelling the odd word wrong every now and again. In fact I may read this post back and find mistakes. And that's okay- no one is perfect. But it's people who constantly spell things wrong or don't use the right punctuation ( which totally changes the sentence by the way!) really irritates me. I can't count the amount of times people have used the wrong 'Their' or 'Your' . Buy a dictionary!! And to be honest you'll all probably read this and judge me for any mistakes I've made. And do you know what... you should. I probably haven't proof read well enough if there are mistakes. But people who just don't even bother to spell correctly or constantly use shortened versions or words like ' ur'. Eugh annoying.
Okay so that is a few out of the many things that irritate me. What irritates you? Please leave comments as I'd love to hear from you all!
